Lotus Breath is the copyright holder of all software on this site. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any product with Lotus Breath's permission is strictly prohibited.
By purchasing a product of Lotus Breath :
- Customer will receive source code open 100%.
- You are allowed to customize our products to fit your requirements.
Free support service
We only provide free support service for paid extension. The period of support depends on each extension. It shows you on product detail page and the confirmation email sent to you after you purchasing an extension.
We only fix, solve out problems or issues are caused by our extensions.
We provide our customers with free upgrades of the product they buy, limited to Magento version. The upgrading extension from Magento version 1.x to Magento version 2.x is not free.
E-mail address must be valid because it will be used for communication purposes. It is strongly recommended to use the e-mail address associated with your company. Free emails can be used for registration and checkout process, but orders placed using free email service addresses will be checked more thoroughly and may take longer for activation as a result.
All products are available for download since the payment has been accepted and verified. If you can't download a product please check a status of your payment via payment processor interface.
To ensure your protection we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for ALL our software products. If you are dissatisfied with your product during 30 days after the purchase for any reason, you can receive a full refund. To request a refund please submit a request containing your Transaction ID. Please note, we do not provide money backs on installation and customization services as well as do not refund points.
Refunds policy does not apply for support services, fixing bugs, adjustment, and developing services.
